Conditions of use of the service, payments, and responsibilities.

1. Purpose of the Service

Lazar is an Artificial Intelligence assistant designed to help golfers understand and apply the Rules of Golf. The service processes images of the course and context provided by the user to suggest possible applicable rules.

2. Nature of the Service (Important Notice)

LAZAR IS NOT AN OFFICIAL REFEREE CERTIFIED BY THE R&A OR THE USGA.

Responses generated by Lazar are for informational and educational purposes only. Artificial Intelligence can hallucinate or make errors due to a lack of three-dimensional context. Lazar's decisions are not binding in any official tournament. The player is solely responsible for playing under the official rules and assuming the corresponding penalties for infractions.

3. Accounts and Payments (Polar.sh)

Full access to Lazar requires the purchase of a Pass (Day or Season) securely processed through our payment provider, Polar.sh. By making a purchase, you agree to the Polar.sh terms of service.

• Day Pass: Grants unlimited access for 24 hours. Not automatically renewable.
• Season Pass: Unlimited access for 6 months (One-time payment, no automatic renewals).

4. Refund Policy

Since Lazar provides a digital service for immediate use, as a general rule no refunds are offered once the service has been used (queries made). If you have technical problems that prevent you from using the service, contact us to evaluate your case.

5. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to send explicit or illegal images, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or damage the technological infrastructure of Lazar.
