• Analyze and process golf course images to offer rules assistance (via OpenAI / Google Generative AI).
• Send communications and the 'Golfletter' (you can unsubscribe at any time).

3. Data Retention

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or you do not request its deletion. Images uploaded for analysis are processed in real-time and are not used to train AI models by default, being securely stored for your personal history.

4. Legitimation

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the explicit consent you provide when registering and accepting these conditions, as well as the execution of the service contract when purchasing a Pass.

5. Recipients

To provide strictly necessary services for the development of the activity, we share data with the following providers under their corresponding privacy conditions:

• Hosting & Backend: Vercel y Supabase.
• Pagos: Polar.sh.
• Inteligencia Artificial: OpenAI y Google.
• Emails: Resend e Instantly / Listmonk.
